Doyle Spillane's list of recommended trades people

On this page you will find a list of recommended trades people that you can use in the case of emergency repairs that need to be undertaken after hours, if you have been unable to contact your property manager.

These trades people can also be used by vacating tenants for non-urgent repairs, but even so, it's best to check with your property manager first. You can find more information regarding emergency and non-urgent repairs in the Tenancy Handbook.

Examples of emergency repairs

Emergency repairs are those that can cause serious injury or safety concerns and need to be dealt with quickly. Examples of these type of repairs include blocked or broken toilets, stormwater flooding, serious roof or gas leaks and broken water pipes.

Examples of non-urgent repairs

These can include broken blinds, fallen fence palings, small water leaks and general wear and tear. Non-urgent repairs will be attended to as soon as possible, but since they are not urgent, they may take longer than 24 to 48 hours to fix.

For emergency repairs (regardless of day or time), please contact your property manager on 02 9981 9400, but as mentioned above, if they are not available, please select the most suitable trades person from the following list to fix the problem.
