Can Social Media Help?

There are many facets to choosing the ‘right’ tenant and it stands to reason that we want the best possible tenant. So can Social Media help us with this choice? Social Media has given us an open door to be that little more thorough. Why not Google an applicant’s name or check if they are on Facebook or Twitter? You may not find anything or you may find enough to settle that nagging ‘what if’ feeling. What you find may not be the deciding factor as to whether they are successful, but could certainly help in painting a picture.
