St Augustine’s Football Club is a school-based football club that has been a member of the local Manly Warringah Football Association for over 60 years. It is unique in that it offers even students that have left the school the opportunity to play in our senior men’s teams, enabling them to maintain a connection to the school community.  In fact, many of these Old Boys also coach our junior teams allowing them to not only pass on their knowledge of football, but also to act as mentors to our current students. 

With over 600 players registered in the local competition, St Augustine’s Football Club’s greatest success is its ability to retain many of its junior players throughout the teenage years, a notoriously difficult stage to keep teenagers playing sport.  In the later school years, we see many boys taking up football so that they can play out their final years at the College with their mates – something we wholeheartedly believe positively impacts both their physical and mental wellbeing.

As a football club, our aim is to give ALL our players the best chance of success as they take to the football field on a weekend. The sponsorship of our club by Doyle Spillane Real Estate enables us to provide training resources that are available to all levels of players in our Club – whether they are in our higher-graded competitive teams or have chosen to play purely for social reasons.  The support of Doyle Spillane Real Estate plays a part in the success of our club and we are grateful for the support that they have given us.
