One of our primary goals at Doyle Spillane Property Management is to locate quality long term tenants for our landlord's investment properties. We have found that by treating tenants with the respect they deserve and being open and transparent in all our communications, that we easily build positive relationships with our tenants that benefit our landlords over both the short and the long term.
To make our tenants feel extra special when they move into their new rental home we give them a 'Welcome To Your New Home' gift pack that has proven to be very successful! We have found that tenants are very grateful for this thoughtful gift and it starts our relationship off on a very positive note.
The gift pack includes a few of the 'essentials' that every tenant needs on their moving day (as well as a few treats), items that they usually know they have packed but can't find! These items include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, sponges, soap, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper – all the items that come in handy on a tenant's first day in their new home.
On signing their tenancy agreement our tenants are also given the Doyle Spillane Tenancy Handbook, which includes the following vital information:
