This is a free smoke alarm safety service can help save lives and is an excellent tool for property managers and landlords. The service provides email and/or text message reminders to tenants to test their smoke alarms and change the batteries in their smoke alarms.
Enrolling tenants in this free service provides additional peace of mind to property managers and landlords, and is further proof of the property manager meeting their obligations.
