We double check all of the information on their application, contact all referees, perform a credit check and do our utmost to ensure that your tenants are of the highest quality.

 

We have a zero tolerance for rent arrears

We have a strict rental arrears process, which isn’t often used due to the calibre of our tenants (98% of our tenants pay their rent on time). If a problem with overdue rent does occur however, we have processes in place that will follow up after 1, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 15 days, followed up with a Termination Notice, all of which we manage for our landlords.

 

We perform detailed property inspections

Our property management team regularly monitors your property to ensure that it is always maintained to a very high standard. Prior to new tenants moving into your property, we perform a full inspection that includes both a video recording and a full set of photographs. During the tenancy we perform an initial 3 month inspection, followed up by regular 6 monthly inspections and a final inspection prior to the tenant vacating the property.
