A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Cristiane’s route to property management began as a professional coach and sports trainer before moving into senior level positions in the hospitality field; her professional acumen and interpersonal skills gained in both industries were a perfect fit for property management. Cristiane is that unbeatable combination of expert negotiator, matchmaker, psychologist and organisational wiz; she’s a people person who’s empathetic yet tough, earning the respect of both landlords and tenants.
Her singular focus is on maximising returns for the owner, while ensuring that the property is extremely well cared for and tenanted properly – it’s a balancing act that Cristiane has perfected. Making her home in Dee Why for the last eight years, the Northern Beaches are a great fit for this Brazlian native; she has an innate appreciation for the beauty of the beaches and the laid-back village lifestyle. Cristiane is also a very active volunteer in the community, recently raising over $90K through ‘Stars on the Beaches’ for the Cancer Council.
