Erica's journey into the world of real estate was fueled by a passion for customer service and a desire to continually grow both personally and professionally. Her dedication to quality service and the positive reputation of Doyle Spillane drew her to the company.
Starting her career in the food and retail industries, Erica honed her customer service skills, a foundation that would prove invaluable in her transition to real estate. In 2021, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, she entered the real estate sector as an administration assistant in North Sydney, gaining exposure to both residential and commercial real estate. It was in the residential space where Erica found her true calling, building substantial experience in property management services.
Progressing from an assistant property manager to a property officer in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs throughout 2022 and 2023, Erica honed her skills in property repairs, maintenance, rental reviews, and daily correspondence management. Her commitment to achieving the best results for clients and her keen focus on maintaining a good investment return marked her journey in the industry.
While sharing highlights from her career, Erica emphasises her growth mindset, organizational skills, and the satisfaction derived from connecting with clients on a personal level. Erica's mantra revolves around the belief that real estate is not just about transactions; it's a personal journey involving people's homes and investments.
When asked about her favorite spot on the Northern Beaches, Erica fondly mentions Manly Beach, where she connects with childhood memories and appreciates the vibrant community and social environment.
Outside of work, Erica engages in social sports, currently participating in a soccer tournament with friends. Her love for staying active extends to swimming, taking advantage of the proximity to Dee-why Beach. A homebody after work, Erica channels her free time into planning her next travel adventure, showcasing her love for exploration.
As she embarks on her journey with Doyle Spillane, Erica looks forward to settling in with the team and leveraging the integrated systems to provide exceptional service to clients. With a Certificate of Registration and a commitment to ongoing education, she is currently working towards her real estate license and completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting and International Business.
