We never thought renting would be so easy! We are really pleased with how communicative the agents are, it is great to have all the paperwork logged electronically and to have the rent receipted properly. We had previously rented from an agency that were very hard to deal and didn’t keep records appropriately so we are really happy with our agents and experience as tenants so far! It was also so nice to arrive to a little goodie bag on move in day, we really appreciate the personable approach of the agents.

Doyle Spillane must be a very hard team to beat if you are a competitor. They understand urgency and respect your time as a client by not showering you with a bus queue of hopefuls.
Doyle Spillane understand the importance of listening to client's requirements and as they are highly experienced have found quality tenants for us on at least 3 occasions now, in different properties, within 10 days. Communications with client is quick, 24 x 7, succinct and not over done.
