Nicole Voss Property Manager
Nicole Voss is a dedicated property manager at Doyle Spillane, drawn to the agency due to its well-established presence, industry knowledge, and reputation for success on the Northern Beaches. Her passion for real estate, which began with her first property purchase, motivated her to transition into this industry after years of professional experience.
Nicole has over 20 years of experience in customer service, much of it in the airline industry. She worked for an Australian airline as Ground Crew, eventually advancing to higher positions, and later as a Business Development Coordinator. After spending 10 years overseas, where she worked as middle-haul Cabin Crew for nine years, Nicole returned to Australia to pursue her interest in real estate. She has been working in the field for nearly a year since returning.
Her career highlights include managing daily airport operations, international travel, and quickly mastering the real estate industry. Nicole’s favorite spot on the Northern Beaches is the Narrabeen Lake walk. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with gym workouts, walking, yoga, spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new cultures, reading, and dancing.
Nicole holds an Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management, a Cert 3 in Meetings & Events, and a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate Practice. She believes that a well-presented property, regular maintenance, effective marketing, and thorough tenant vetting are key components to successful leasing.
