My tenants moved out of my unit at very short notice recently. This was because of the massive construction work going on just next door to my unit block. They provide: - detailed information to landlords of property inspections -a rigorous and reliable process of tenant selection -transfer rental payment dates for landlords- outstanding! - prompt responses to email and phone enquiries - communication to landlords in relation to issues related to their property.

We are Doyle Spillane clients since 2003, they managed several properties and they never miss a beat. The service got better with the years, great reporting, inspections, tenants management and leasing activities. We had few account managers during the years but they must have a great selection process because we didn't feel any difference as a landlord. Very pleased with the service of Doyle Spillane. We've bought through them, sold through them and now they manage the lease of our granny flat. The tenants they have secured have been wonderful and service is always prompt and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

When viewing the property the team onsite were friendly and welcoming, it also helped when moving a welcome pack with items made my transition to moving easier as I needed to make a cuppa and didn't have time to go to the local shop.
