When I decided to use Doyle Spillane, the paperwork was ready. He made a number of recommendations regarding presentation of the property, which I followed up with great success. The whole process of preparing the property with interior decorating, drawing of floor plan, making photos, writing the description for advertising, placing the signboard and getting it on the websites happened in 3 days! That was absolutely incredible! During the selling process, I was kept informed at all stages although I was hard to reach, Geoff gave my basic property the attention of a mansion. The selling price was above expectation, and it took only 3 weeks.
