When I worked in the states and here in Aus in IT. We use to have awards each month for those who showed the customer outstanding service. I’m not sure if Doyle Spillane does this monthly but if you do, I’d recommend Lauren for a spa day, night out, etc., as she has not only coordinated the shower leak above our shower but has managed to get the garage people here before we go on leave. I have had a very good landlord experience with the property management team of Doyle Spillane for over 20 years. The current team of Sam, Lauren and Monika have been excellent in he management of tenancies be that periodic inspection, tenant replacement, property repair and maintenance issues. Given the quality of service I have had no reason to review my management in all the years of ownership. The directors should be proud of these staff member works ethic.

I have found Doyle Spillane are a very helpful and quick with advise when a problem occurred. In particular, Lauren Anderson is a great asset to the Company. With a problem that occurred regarding a maintenance issue she liaised with the Strata Manager, the tenant, and lastly myself and was extremely efficient in solving the issue.

Lauren's assistance during the transition period between tenants has been amazing and has made everything so easy for Patricia and myself, she has handled herself very professionally and also empathetic to our needs. She has taken the time out to explain what and why everytime she has called me to advise of any issues relating to the unit which is greatly appreciated.
