I recently purchased a property on behalf of a couple who need language assistance. Geoff was prompt with returning calls and made clear the unusual process for this sale.And he followed through and had I believe a consistent approach with all parties. He was a decent person and honestly transacted - unlike another recent real estate agent in the area who i had dealt with recently.

Matt was very good to deal with. He liaised with ourselves and the vendor quickly and kept us informed during negotiations. We would recommend him to others!

My mum's unit was a dated place that had not had a cent spent on it in 25+ years. Stephen gave us the realistic options on spend vs leave it the way it was.
