Whilst I understand that agents work primarily for the vendor, Geoff is a true professional who also seems to derive great satisfaction from matching the property to the buyer. We just recently purchased a (very) small unit, and our agent was Geoff Harris from Doyle Spillane. Geoff was very easy to deal with and I felt, took our concerns on. He was always available for calls and emails, leaving me feeling just as important as someone buying in the high-end. Finding the right property and then moving into negotiation etc is a very stressful and emotional time, and Geoff was always supportive, polite and informative, and for this I am grateful. The agency is not a franchise of a large enterprise, and I'm glad of this as Geoff really knows the area well. If we need another agent in the area, he will be the first we call.
